Princess Coco is a French style chocolate cafe in Sydney’s CBD. They required a chocolate fountain for the show piece front window. This was an ambitious project. Anly Chen, Princess Coco’s stylist, was involved in the design phase and I owe her much for her contribution. You can see the initial sketch in the images. The forms used in this fountain were inspired by the jacaranda flowers.
